Final Sale Policy

All items sold on our website are considered Final Sale. This means that once an item is purchased, it cannot be returned for a refund or store credit. We encourage you to review product descriptions, sizing charts, and images carefully before making a purchase.

Exchanges Due to Errors

While we do not accept returns for a refund, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive the wrong product, size, or color, we will gladly offer an exchange for the correct item. 

To initiate an exchange:

1. Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. You can contact us via email at VeteranVibeTees@gmail.com or through our Shopify contact form.

2. Provide Details: Include your order number, a description of the error (wrong item, size, color), and any relevant photos to help us resolve the issue quickly.

3. Return the Incorrect Item: We will provide you with instructions on how to return the incorrect item. Please ensure that the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

4. Replacement Order: Once we receive the incorrect item, we will send you the correct item at no additional cost.

Shipping Costs

Please note that shipping costs for exchanges due to errors will be the responsibility of Veteran Vibe Tees and Crafts.

Damaged or Defective Items

 

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or exchange.
